App data
Triplet does not send personal information, device identifiers, or gameplay activity to the developer. The game has no separate registration, advertising, analytics, or tracking. Purchases use your Apple Account in the App Store. Free levels and hints, and purchases whose access has already been verified on the device, work offline.
Local storage and deletion
Language, haptic and board display preferences, your current attempt and best scores are stored on your device. Reset progress deletes the attempt and scores; deleting the app also removes its local preferences. System backups may include app data; manage those backups in your device settings.
Purchases through Apple
Apple processes payments and purchase restoration. The App Store processes account, payment, and purchase information under its own terms and privacy practices; Apple’s explanation is linked below. The developer does not receive your card number, payment details, or Apple Account credentials. Loading products, purchasing, and restoring purchases require internet access.
Verifying purchase access
Triplet uses StoreKit and verified Apple transactions on your device to determine which chapters and hints are available. It uses the product identifier, purchase type, and revocation information for this purpose. The app does not send transaction history to a developer server or use this information for advertising or tracking. Access is updated when verified changes arrive from Apple, including purchase revocation.
Retention of purchase information
Game settings and progress remain on your device until the relevant data is reset or the app is deleted. Resetting progress or deleting the app does not delete purchase history from your Apple Account. Apple’s policies govern its retention and processing; use Apple’s services for questions about that data and refunds. The developer does not store a separate copy of transaction history transmitted by the app and cannot delete your purchase history with Apple.
Website and support requests
This website has no advertising or analytics scripts, registration forms or first-party cookies. The hosting provider processes technical requests, including IP addresses and browser information, to deliver pages. If you email support, your message and contact details are processed by the email provider and developer to respond and resolve the issue. You can request deletion of the correspondence at the address provided. This also applies when you open support pages from the apps.
This policy describes the current app version. The text and revision date will be updated when data practices change.
