Community management

AdminDeck

How the app handles information and how you can manage it.

Privacy

Data processed

AdminDeck processes VK account information, accessible communities, posts, comments, member information, statistics and, when permitted, conversations. Text and selected photos are sent to VK when you perform the relevant actions. Processing supports the community-management features you request.

Where data goes

The app contacts VK ID, VK API and VK media servers over HTTPS. It has no developer-operated server storing this data. During sign-in, a temporary authorization code, state and VK device identifier pass through a hosted return page; the hosting infrastructure processes that request. The page does not receive your VK password or PKCE verifier and does not store access tokens. The current return page is hosted separately from this website.

On-device storage

Session credentials and access tokens are stored in Keychain. The selected community, preferences and reply templates are stored locally. The app does not maintain a persistent offline archive of posts, members or conversations; loaded data is used in memory. System backups may include preferences according to your device settings.

Deletion and revocation

Sign out to remove this app’s credentials. Use local data deletion to clear preferences and reply templates for the current account. Revoke access in VK ID to stop further access. Uninstalling the app alone does not guarantee removal of Keychain entries. Delete content sent to VK using VK’s tools; resetting the app does not delete your VK account, posts or conversations.

Analytics and third-party service

The current version includes no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. VK processes information under its own rules. AdminDeck is an independent application and is not an official VK product.

Website and support requests

This website has no advertising or analytics scripts, registration forms or first-party cookies. The hosting provider processes technical requests, including IP addresses and browser information, to deliver pages. If you email support, your message and contact details are processed by the email provider and developer to respond and resolve the issue. You can request deletion of the correspondence at the address provided. This also applies when you open support pages from the apps.

This policy describes the current app version. The text and revision date will be updated when data practices change.
